11th grade English teacher – she saw potential in me and refused to let me throw it away. Having that experience shaped and influenced me to become that same support for our students today.

What advice or words of wisdom would you offer to students?
The possibilities in life are endless, but not easy to attain. Your success in life is simply a matter of how bad you want to accomplish that goal and how hard and far you are willing to push yourself. So dream, and imagine the history you can make, and then work to make those dreams your reality.
Who is/are your hero(es)?
My heroes are my students who come and fight everyday despite the odds they face in their home, in their community, and within themselves.
